Someday maybe we could work together.

I have a alpha game in development called Multi-player Baseball Online. I am from Missouri. My game is coming along. You see me below in right field by the foul pole and you can see the jumbo-tron video playing in the back ground. I am multi-skilled developer, which is good because I am doing it mostly myself. I am looking forward to closing a deal for the sound track soon with 5 stone studios. The front end of the game is working. Log in is through my websites mysql and player data is stored there. Also the game uses all the Unity network code and the master server (beta) to make connections.

Here's a pic I took earlier.

My brother will probably post a reply soon. I just thought I'd say that the graphics are looking pretty good, how does the multiplayer come in? Is it more of a turn-based game where you pick your players and strategies and then let everything run, or do you take control of players directly and do battle in real time vs your opponent?

Multiplayer is one of the subjects we haven't touched on yet in our tutorials, I'm trying to convince my brother to tackle it soon so I can write some code myself Smile I don't know Unity (yet), but I do know databases and web site interfacing, so it's the area that holds the most interest for me. I also tend to prefer playing multiplayer games, playing vs the computer is so much less interesting.

Maybe we will work together someday. I think we're all a tad too busy to do so immediately, but be sure to keep us informed as you go.

I don't think I've played an online baseball game before...

Hi Theodore. No nothing like turn based. Its just like real baseball. You log in to the game and you can talk to all the other people connected and see the games. You join a game and when it launches you play with the other people just like a real game.

You can play 3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4 or 5 vs 5 and AI plays the rest of the positions.
